Charles forthcoming book 7 Simple Secrets to Super-Size Your Email List will be released in the coming months. Moreover, Charles is a contributing author to the #1 direct marketing college textbook in the USA, Direct, Digital, and Data-Driven Marketing, 4/e, by Dr. Lisa Spiller.
Charles was a judge for the Direct Marketing Association’s Marketing Edge national competition. Prior to being a judge, he won 1st place in this competition and was honored with the coveted Gold Echo award.
What makes Charles unique is he has helped entrepreneurs across a wide variety of industries succeed by implementing direct marketing, plus he has over 24 years of entrepreneurial experience in owning a corporation.
Charles has a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in direct marketing from the Joseph W. Luter, III School of Business at Christopher Newport University.
Charles lives in Richmond, VA with his wife. In his spare time, he advocates for children with congenital heart disease. Charles’ 3-year-old son was born with congenital heart disease and lost his life after complications from his 3rd heart surgery.
