Moreover, Charles is a contributing author to the #1 direct marketing textbook in the country Contemporary Direct & Interactive Marketing, 3/e, co-authored by Dr. Lisa Spiller and Martin Baier.
In 2013, Charles was selected as a judge for the Direct Marketing Association for Marketing Edge national competition. In 2003, Charles won 1st place in this competition and was honored with the Direct Marketing Association’s coveted Gold Echo award, for a campaign he did for Mazda, USA.
Charles is a former marketing student at the Joseph W. Luter, III School of Business at Christopher Newport University.
